Just wondering but... 800 links from a PR4+ DOMAIN is good. But 800 profile links... wont those pages have a PR of 0? So 800 pr 0 links?

Correct me if i'm wrong, but in the greater scheme of things is it really worth it?

Pages where profiles are have PR, so you don't need to worry that you will get profile with Domain PR 0. There are no sites in my list with Domain PR 0. When I make 100 profiles and people see boost in 2-3 days they come back to me and they order more and more because I provide very good quality services, so it is really worth to try it.
