What I do step-by-step:

#1 – Write a unique press release about your website and syndicate it to the top 10 press release sites out there. The great thing about press releases is that they keep getting syndicated weeks and even months later. This will result in links from 100s of websites.

#2 – After a few days I will scrape these press release URLs and bookmark each of them to 15-20 bookmarking sites.

#3 – I then write a unique article of 400-500 words and spin it to at least 40% uniqueness. These articles will be published on the web 2.0 properties comprising Tier 1 and Tier 2:

- Tier 1 is made of sites such as livejournal.com and so on (PR 4-8). Each of these properties will have 3x anchor texts pointing back at your money site.

- Tier 2 consists of Elgg Web 2.0 properties (PR 2-5). Each of these posts will have 3x random links (using wonder wheel / LSI anchor text) pointing back at Tier 1.

#4 – I then write a 2nd 400-500 word article, spin it, and submit it to about 2000 article directories thus creating Tier 3. This will usually result in 100s of backlinks, each one with 2x random links (using wonder wheel / LSI anchor text) pointing at Tier 2. I will also make a list of the articles published on high PR sites and use those later when I complete the Profile Blast.

Note: in the advanced package I do this twice – so you will get a 3rd article written and submitted to these directories thus doubling the links Tier 2 receives.

#5 – Using the double pass method I will create Profile Group A. Each profile will have 3x anchor texts pointing to your money site. All profiles will be on high PR forums (mostly PR 3+).

#6 – Following this Profile Group B is created, again using the double pass method and only using high PR profiles. These profiles will also consist of 3 backlinks - 2 of them will randomly point to Profile Group A (using wonder wheel / LSI anchor text). The third link will point at your money site.

#7 – I then drip feed Profile Group B over several days through my Backlink Energizer clusters to help with their indexation. Basically after this process each profile link will have a backlink from 5 other web 2.0 properties.

#8 – I will then send out a Profile Blast randomly linking to the Press Releases, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 using wonder wheel / LSI anchor text. This is going to start a huge link juice effect that will run down all the tiers and finally towards your money site.

#9 – (FREE BONUS) Profile Group B will receive a Comment Blast consisting of thousands of successful comments using ScrapeBox.
