Getting away from the computer

Right now you are looking at the monitor. How long have you been doing this today? Do you give yourself enough breaks? What do you do to get some healthy exercise?

I go to the gym once or twice a day. If I need a break from anything it's exercise!

I give myself too many breaks. Even when I am doing something I love (photo editing) I seem to find an excuse to wander around too much; be it online or otherwise!

I think I have ADD!!

I got a job....that took some serious computer time away from me!

But it did help me focus more on what is making money for me.
Now I am unloading everything that I do not need, want, or is not making me money.

Heck, have 3 blogs I may unload shortly.

Plus unloading my excess phpld templates (think I have 3 left), and some other sites.

Going back to what makes the money for me, my membership sites and my hosting business.
Speaking of hosting, one thing I am moving into is adult site hosting.
Some serious bucks there.

I definitely don't take enough breaks. Especially when I'm on a new project, I am typically in front of my computer from 8am till 5pm (break to make dinner for the fam) then back on from 8pm -??? too late. I am trying to force myself to get away from the computer and work, but its hard! I am the type that doesn't like things left undone and can't focus elsewhere when things are hanging over my head. I am hoping to start breaking to go down and workout. Atleast then, cranking some music and running or something maybe I can block out work for awhile!

Oh, I know believe me not looking forward to swimsuit season right now! I have developed an ulcer too from not paying attention to my health which is alot o fun let me tell you. Nothing like living in constant pain! I do hate the sedentary life now. I'm used to running around with the kids all day, then I had the brilliant idea of starting my own biz online... What was I thinking???

Oh, I know believe me not looking forward to swimsuit season right now! I have developed an ulcer too from not paying attention to my health which is alot o fun let me tell you. Nothing like living in constant pain! I do hate the sedentary life now. I'm used to running around with the kids all day, then I had the brilliant idea of starting my own biz online... What was I thinking???

Take breaks often and do some eyeball exercises

Well acctually i use a computer almost all the day's i am awake, studying in computers as well. Cant run away from it as i have alot of computer school work

i'm in front of the computer from 10pm to 6am, monday night to sunday morning! well, i need that for my work. it's so stressing at times, i'm just keeping myself healthy by having the right diet and exercise as well.
