Facebook, remove friends?

Does the remove friends thing not work in Firefox? I clicked the "x" beside a friend and nothing happened, must I use IE to get rid of friends on Facebook?

Im not a member of facebook so I don't really know but do you use a script blocker on FF?

No I don't. Wordpress had a similar problem in firefox in the admin when deleting links and posts, but I think it's fixed. I think it's ajax related.

Just go to their profile page, and remove them from their page.

Just check with your firewall. Something may be blocking it or try switching off or shutting down your firewall. It may work... and if it still persists... It does have something to do with the svchost.exe (local service) in our Task Manager. Even I don't know what it is... but I did read some where that sometimes it stops opening particular sites or scripts...!
