I am going to try this for first time, so let me know what is the ideal or standard rate going in market as far as sending bulletins is concerned.

I have not decided upon how many people should receive bulletins, but i am thinking about getting it sent to 1000 atleast, if that is within my budget.

How much do i expect to shell out for the bulletins sent to 1000 people?

Also, do i need to make some criteria or do you have any tips for the first time buyer?
