We know that social sites have their great influence on site promotion, on of the them more successful is www.digg.com.

Please, let me know, how to get more diggs on this site and become more interesting user?

why dont you try to deliver a really good content? people digg those cause they really like it.

Exchanges are against the rules of Digg and you will end up banned from Digg. I never asked for exchanges but did digg others when asked and I thought they were interesting. I was banned for that. I do not use anymore.

I never tried it yet but I believe it is against digg rules. I'm tempted to try it but am afraid that I might be banned.

Sometimes that is not always true. You sort of have to get a head start. Having a quality digg account with reputation can give you that boost start. Just asking a few friends to digg can help but swarming it with fake diggs makes the reputation on your account bad.

have solid groups on digg, that will help each other to boost point for you and them....

I was never able to get dugg there. I don't know what the secret is.

I had my main site banned on digg long ago, so I never got into it

A minority of Digg users -who fall into certain distinct niches- are responsible for getting a majority of articles submitted to Digg promoted. The system is biased and generally it's a tough sell getting something promoted there. It's worth a shot but I wouldn't lose any sleep over why Digg isn't working for you.

I actually find that StumbleUpon and Furl work better for me...

I joined to almost all the social sites some months ago but due to changes in my life I have been unable to test them all in success terms.

I must say however that the best results I got in the past came from Hubpages.

Same here. I wrote a blog entry which was Stumbled and received a lot of traffic. I never even expected that to happen.

i tend to only use digg to get ranks in the serch engins it says about for a few days can be good for new on a topic but after a few days it seems to go away from the serch rank

You can make friends and join groups...

Digg is good social bookmarking site. It is great for traffic generation and make it profitable.
