Thread: facebook's timeline

Facebook introduced timeline in there profile. I find it nice. My old picture and stories are getting there life back. Since we are involved in facebook for long time and going to be in future too, it can be like a open diary that your friends can see. though some of my friends seems to hate it.

I'm generally anti-Facebook.
Too many cyberpervs out there, who unfortunately never send me their nude pictures!

it seems more complicated and jumbled than the previous wall. don't need so many pictures. i can't tell what posts are more recent. facebook is thinking too much. people like it the way it is. no need to change. everybody runs scared but at some point you need to stand your ground and trust your product.

Yeah it's bit complicated and jumbled. Its also true that people liked it as it was but they do need changes. If they don't do this update their site will get old and lose it's position. What I'm trying to say is there are some problems with the new timeline but it's a nice concept and they are going to the right direction.

i think it's look good but i prefer the old one

At the moment I think not everybody is going into paranoid mode with the rollout of timeline and some people really like it. In the end all facebook users will come to like Timeline.

I dont like timeline.Its really a mess in my profile.If I am not wrong if you enable timeline,you can not return back to the older look of your profile as yet Facebook did not add this feature.

It seems most of the people are liking it. They say you can love it or hate it, but you can't ignore it. The same is applicable to the timeline. So most of them are switching to the timeline.

Me too. I like the new look of Facebook now.

It's true you can't go back. And it's also bit meesier than before. But the concept of timeline is a good one right. It sorts thing of the past. what i don't like of timeline is 2 column display.

I think most of the people including me doesn't like the feature of facebook timeline.. Actually it is totally new to the people and they don't know about it. In that reason most people doesn't like it. However, after a few month, when people know about it then they will like it.
