How use social medial or network?

Web masters I am a new in the web markets I would like to know all the details about social media and networking so how I do start if it is possible please let me with examples.

You can make use of facebook, myspace to do networking.
Submit your blog / articles to social marker.

Most of them has similar process of submissions and sign up. Try to do it in socialmarker.com... I'm sure you can easily learn it.
