You have to fill out your bio legibly so that people will be aware who you are. Leaving it blank will make your page non- descriptive. As of now, how many followers do you have?

First create a second twitter account. Tweet on it once a day for a week. Sign up for twiends and link it to your new twitter account. Use this new account to gain as much points as you can over the next few days, then unlink twiends from your new twitter and relink it with your main. I got about 120 follows in a week from this. (actually about 500+, but a lot remove you almost strait away.)
