You said Unique / BIN.
That means if we don't BIN it, it won't be unique? :\

Yes, you are right.

If you buy it at unique price, it will not be further sold to anyone else.

If you buy it at normal price, It will be sold to someone else too.

I don't understand what do you mean by UNIQUE.

This is the same thing as you see on templatemonster. they have 2 prices, one is normal and one is unique.

If you buy template at normal price, they can further sell it, but if you pay the unique price they will not sell it to anyone else (after you).

Same applies on my template.

I have not sold this template to anyone and if you pay the unique price, this will be all yours, with full rights (means I can not sale it to anyone else).
