Thread: Need a change to the header

Need the header of this site redone to reflect the name of the site.

At present, says "AuctionsWatchers.net"
Need it to say "Running Auctions.com"
Same colors and font if possible.

Can anyone do this for me for the grand sum total of $5.00?
