It's a very nice, clean, and professional looking theme I hope you do very well with it.

One observation/suggestion: Have you though of using <?php bloginfo('name'); ?> instead of a graphic image for the blog title? I've found most bloggers would rather have their blog name auto-populated in the header instead of having to edit a graphic.

Yeah, I opted out simply because it's easier to make a visually pleasing header when your not restricted by titles and slogans that are an unknown length. It can be seen as a downgrade to some people, and an upgrade for others who are looking for a more personalized look. In the future I will definitely make some templates without graphical titles.

Yes you can remove the link, sorry I forgot to mention that! You can use the theme on as many sites as you like, as long as they are your websites. You simply cannot redistribute the theme to others.
