All are the same except for the color difference...Any designer can edit the code and get the colors changed...!

You did not found anything special, I've already mentioned in my post:

Bit too high for this really.
Can't resell?
Can't use on more than 6 sites?
Plus as ZEUS said, just changing colors on one theme is simple to do.
