I don't know how to do logo's but I'm willing to place your site on our hosting site once the design gets finished if you wish for a month.

Lol, I wasn't offering hosting. I was offering free adspace on the front page for a month once the new design was completed

You need backlinks for all your pages or any particular one you are looking at?
