Who's using ASO for their shared hosting?

I have had a couple accounts with them for quite a while now. But I'm growing unhappy

Noticing more and more downtime.

And to top it off, one of my databases up and disappeared. They say it must have gotten corrupted, maybe, but the entire database disappeared. No record of it in cPanel even. just gone. weirdness

It's time I got me a dedicated server it seems. Been saying that for a while, but now time to do it.

That's very odd for a database to disappear, even if it were corrupted, it certainly could not up and disappear all on it's own, that alone would peeve me off, I'd not feel safe hosting my files there.

You wont regret it, I know I don't.
Yeah more expense but the uptime and speed makes up for it

After I had IX and HostGator shared drop me for high server loads and too many max conc. users, I ordered the Standard dedicated just yesterday from HostGator. While I may be in the hole for the first few months, with the advantages, I think I can make up for it.
