I am compiling a list of the most popular hosts for my hosting blog. Can you all help me make the list? Any host that is added to this post will be put on my blog for reviews.

That would be a long list.
Are you just listing them or commenting as well?

I heard that ThePlanet is the has the best dedicated servers and soon I'm going to host my site with them.

I am not sure if the host I use is popular, but they sure do provide a good service: asmallorange.com

What's the purpose of such a list? I guess there are plenty of review sites offering top hosting providers lists which are more or less the same.
SoftLayer.com - All round excellence.
RackSpace.co.uk - Excellent servers.

Bluehost.

Techentrance.com - Just bought proxy hosting with unlimited addon domains and so far its good

Mediatemple is one among the greatest... Ver good quality of hosting. But they are a bit costly...

My recommendation: 301 Moved Permanently
It's a pay-as-you-use hosting, so I wouldn't recommend it for popular sites. Use this only for sites with low bandwidth and storage requirements. I'm hosting around 20 low-traffic sites on it, and my bill for the last month came to less than 80 cents. At my previous host, I was paying 25 "failover" dollars a month. So far, NFS has had better uptime.

Pay as you go, nice
hosting price in UK is much more expensive than in US, www.bluehost.com check the american hosting company
