You are going to have a tough time with that one, especially allowing proxies. If you find one don't be shocked if up time is compromised.
You really should look into a VPS bare minimum IMO

How much do those run a mo..
Depends on the provider, control panel, etc

Avg. price...............?
$20 is the cheapest you will find
most hosts don't allow proxies.

Well, most don't allow, but they also don't care..
For a cheap VPS that offers proxy hosting I'd recommend.
http://www.wdservers.com/

Ill check it out, anyone else have suggestions?
Proxies are big bandwidth suckers, any decent host who monitors their servers closely will not allow them. Go VPS, or even better dedicated.

I'd recommend https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/
They're inexpensive, and allow just about all sorts of content, but you'd better go through their FAQs...
The best bit: It costs me a few cents a month to host my sites. Seriously.
The bad bit: quite a few, but downtime and support are not on that list.
They allow proxies, to an extent. from their FAQ:
joseph added 17 Minutes and 22 Seconds later...By default, we do not allow public HTTP (web) or IRC proxies because such proxies will be abused within minutes of discovery. It just saves time to say "no" up front rather than wait and shut it down later. If you need to set up a private proxy for your personal use that is appropriately access-limited, that is typically no problem as long as your use of it is legitimate.
What happened at Gator? Your account suspended?

Well straight away his site isn't allowed in their faq so there is no point signing up there. If you want quality hosting you need to pay quality prices.

You can pay quality prices at NFS if you have the need for it. It's a pay-as-you-go host... One site that I manage uses around 300 MB of bandwidth per day. For that site, the site-owner pays accordingly.
Disclaimer: I'm on my first month with them, and this is purely based on what I've seen so far. But as far as Hurley's non-proxy sites are concerned, it would work out less expensive to host the assorted sites on NFS, and the proxy on another account.
If a low-budget server/VPS is what you're looking for, I remember seeing a site which had some servers at 10USD a month onwards. All old machines, but good for a beginner to get started on. Will post a link when I find one.
There is a cheap vps if you are interested.
KevWorks | Affordable Web Hosting
edit: I forgot to add that I actually use kevworks and have done for 3 months now.

Ok ill check out those 2 links, and yes my gator account is suspended.......as i stated above
servint has great vps's, but you'll pay for themThey are not expensive, however more than the $10 laid out.

Yeah, altho i got my hostgator back, i had to take off most of my shit.. therefore still looking for good hosting with alot of addon domains about $10/mo
It's not the addon domains that are a problem. It is the fact that you want to run a proxy and a image host.

Yeah i realized that but i need tons of addon's cuz i have 40+ domains
The problem is you are not going to get reliable hosting for your site at such a price. You should be looking for atleast a VPS or low end dedicated.

Only reliable one is Techentrance with unlimited addons and proxy allowed ..... using them for last three months without anytime downtime. Pm me for Affiliate link![]()

Ill check it out
I would search on google, large, cheap hosting. One good one that i use usually is bluehost or host monster.
Hurley:
I have told you this in another thread, forget about the add on domains, and get you a cheap reseller account, so you can set up a different account for each domain, you will end up spending about the same!!

Oh must have not saw it , but thanks thats a good deal..
So I would setup a diff. account for each domain?

Yeah thats probably what he was going after, the stats but then you'd have to login to every account ( in this case 50+ ) just to change nameservers etc..
You can post your request on webhostingtalk.com and somebody will contact you.
I was just trying to help you with your stats problem from another thread,
If you have a resellers account, when you log in to the main account on cPanel, you can choose all other accounts from the drop down box to the right, so logging in to other accounts is not a big hassle.
Also, changing name servers would be done from your registrar's account, nothing to do with your hosting account!

I heard bluehost is a good option.

I got techentrance.com proxy hosting
