Thread: Is it possible to run ASP under LINUX

To make ASP run under Linux, PHP script files are saved as ASP extensions and are redirected to the PHP interpreter. So it looks like the server serves ASP files, but these are actually PHP scripts.

And the point is... ?!

You want to run a PHP site and to be seen by visitors as a ASP site ?

You can use mod_rewrite, it's easier...

No..ASP cannot be run on linux..lol

ASP = Windows

You can run asp on linux!, easily. If you know what ur doing!

Here's what you need to do to get your sites .php files running php
under .asp

Add this to your .htaccess file:
