Can I Trust Cmodz-hosting?

I am thinking of buying Cmodz-Proxy hosting. Can I trust it on uptime and serverload?

Any one who has ever used proxy hosting b4 from cmodz. I'd be waiting

Sorry but I've never heard of them, any particular reason why you want to do Proxy Hosting? From what I understand it's a pretty shady business.

sorry Iam late here...
I had experience with them...my sites were down at least 6-7 times due to their server issues. After 3 months it forced me to change the server. May be Iam the only 1 in 100.

Just an alert that cmodz whole database was hacked and all users of cmodz whos paypal id password and cmodz id password matched have lost their paypals too, use reputed ones like bluehost, hostgator etc.

Although you shouldn't use the same password for ANYTHING ELSE that you use for PayPal, that's just asking for trouble.

Probably a good idea from the looks of things. I'd stick with reputable ones like hostgator and blue host etc etc

I alerted this hosts owner several days ago, via pm, to this thread. I guess he doesn't get PM notification emails or else I am sure he'd have responded by now.

And it's easy enough to search this forum for this hosting company's name to then find the owner and his sales threads, no need to be lazy.

When ever you choose to go with a web host always do research before you purchase. Search google, WHT you will get many results. So far I have seen many negative reviews on them.

TmzHosting is absolutely right. The biggest point is that if the offer is too good to be true then more than likely that it is and you should be careful.

Always do your research by googling etc, also ask questions as well. Read their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy regardless of how long it may take you because in the end it might save your butt or really hurt you.
