Thread: Anyone know much about MDD Hosting?

Does anyone know much about mddhosting dot com ? I ordered a WHMCS integration with them on the understanding that it was usually done within a couple of hours but could take between 24-72 hours.. (Although they say they will inform you if it takes this long)

I chased them up once and got told to wait until the 72hours were up, which was not far off anyway, Now the 72 hours have more than past and still no reply to my messages. Well I did get one saying it was being passed over to the respective person dealing but still nothing?

Should I just ask for a refund, or sit it out even longer. Has been well over 95 hours now and still no word ?

PS. When I say integration, I mean website design integration not server integration

You might want to get a refund and take your business to a place that will treat you like they appreciate it.
If this is the type of service you're going to get on an ongoing basis, no thanks.
Chargeback the payment if you have to.

Thank you I think I will. They are starting to take the piss now. As you mentioned, they don't sound like they appreciate my custom.

Hey did you get all of this sorted out? How did you pay for the service? Maybe he was waiting for the payment to be verified?

I eventually got refunded for this. They did say that they would still do the integration because of all the problems I had, but they never did lol.

I personally handle the Integrations and I had been dealing with some personal family issues and was not able to work on the integrations and the orders got stacked up. If you want to reply to a support ticket you have concerning your integration I would love to complete the integration for you (at no charge) if you don't have it done already. I am still doing all integrations that were ordered even though I've refunded the money because it's not my clients' faults that I had personal issues to deal with. I did refund about 25 orders and I was still playing catchup until yesterday to be totally honest and it looks like your integration slipped through the cracks and for that I apologize.

I also apologize for not being more in-depth with my explanation in the support ticket and here however the issues are deeply personal and I cannot divulge any of the details.

I eventually received the refund through from PayPal. As with the Integration do not worry about it. I have the refund now so not a problem. Hope your problems get sorted and things return to some form of normality for you. One thing I would suggest though if you have a big build up of work to get through, it might be an idea to close new orders for a while or you just end up with more complaints because the integrations are not being completed on time.

I actually did do that, it is currently set to where they have to contact me to request an order rather than being able to place the order automatically while I spend some time getting these done.

It's really no problem for me to do your integration, I do have your order still as I just looked it up so I would like to do it unless you have it done already. I've been awake for about 36 hours so I'm going to get some sleep and then I'm going to get up and get yours finished up if you don't have it done already.

If you deactivated it, how come I can easily order it (not that I was going to)?

Interesting, I forgot that I had made the banner a link Thanks for pointing that out. Integration orders are not closed, they're just not being "automatically" accepted. It generally only takes me 15minutes~2 hours to do an integration depending on the complexity so it's not too hard to do them unless something happens that causes you to fall severely behind.
