The answer depends on many factors and variables that either are not known or you simply have not listed them. You could look for a VPS/Semi-Dedicated option or a host that specializes in adult/adult streaming web sites.

Keep in mind the adult market can be tough and that there are many more legal requirements for an adult site than there are for a regular everyday site.

I've been with HostGator for over 3 years and have been very happy with their service. Support is super quick, I usually call in and there is no hold at all.

I know they accept adult hosting.

I'm not so sure that they allow Streaming though.

If you are going to stream from your server you'll need a VPS or dedicated option.
