I would like to recommend you is that you should look for reliable web hosting not for cheapest one, coz every company has almost same price.But if you are looking for the cheapest one then You should confirm the price from 4-5 companies then you will find the cheapest one which one is in your budget.

Cheapest for GREAT features is something I always look for in a host. I've seriously tried so many I should have gotten an award or something!

not necessarily. it depends on what they need after all. Godaddy is quite good I guess

My issue with Host Gator is that they have gotten too big and all clients are just labeled numbers to them. I rather stay with a host who knows me by name during chat and support sessions.

I wonder, what's the point of such queries? How the cheapest hosting could be the best, when the price depends on the quality? However it doesn't mean the high price is necessary the high quality, and vice versa, but most of the times the costly services are much btter than the cheapest ones.

The cheapest would be a free hosting. However they might insert ads in your site. I would go with that.
Otherwise you can find offers from 3.95$ with big hosting providers.
