Why not get a cheap quality recommended host instead? Hosting is not even that expensive now a days, there have been so many problems with 'free' hosting providers I would never trust them myself.

I absolutely agree with Grim, free hosting providers are becoming more and more to the point of not being trusted what so ever.

It is always better to go with a company that has age, damn good support, and positive reviews. Granted, new hosting companies have to start somewhere but then again some are just for the money then run so it is always best to do research BEFORE purchasing anything from any hosting company. Also always be sure to read their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy before hand and make sure you understand it completely. If for any reason you have questions, be sure to ask, ask, ask and ask multiple people so you know that they are not just trying to scam you out of your hard earned money.

You can try 000webhost but they are crap I think you should go with paid cheap hosting

Any host free or paid should allow you to install whatever you like. The question you need to ask yourself is do I want a free host that either runs ads on my site or requires me to do some action (eg forum posting) to get free service?

Here are some free hosts that do not run ads on your site and do not require any action like forum posting.
