What are the five most important factors you consider before choosing a host?

Here are my top five from when I was looking for a host (years ago):

1. Uptime
2. Network speeds
3. Price
4. Support
5. Stability of equipment

For me personally:

1) Uptime
2) Price (Competitive pricing is good, but too low and I'll run a mile)
3) Support quality
4) Server speed
5) Legal documents

For me ;

1) Uptime.
2) Quality Support.
3) Features.
4) Network and servers speed and stability.
5) Prices !

Uptime and support. nothing else really matters

BTW sami that issue is being resolved right now...
The management company I hired is simply incompetent, but it is being taken care of right now.
