I agree! I have had way too many problems where they were not able to provide me with anything that I needed when there was a problem. I dropped them quick!

Blogger is the best choice, start your blog with blogger and configure a custom domain for your blog. Dont forget to backup your data regularly. Later you can migrate it to your hosting.
