Amazon is smart to have gotten their cloud services out before Google and Apple. I think the best implementation of Cloud is definitely iCloud from Apple. The conjunction of hardware and software is how cloud should be.

Exactly. Very simple definition there. Basically, this splitting of the work amongst servers is what makes it so efficient and quick. Instead of loading all the content using one processor, it is split up which makes it so much quicker.
