I think free hosting sucks... I think so do many others.

www.tripod.com and www.geocities.com are probably the best as they have been around for many years. My first site is still running after 10 years :sblush:

How I wish I could post some really useful sites related to webhosting or "pure forum hosting" here..
Rule # 1 :What does that mean by the way? Can I post affiliate/referral links in posts at my present status? We do not allow regular members to have affiliate/referral links in posts, or profiles.
Just clarifying before I get kicked or something..

Be creative like the others, you may have 1 affiliate/referral link in your signature. So you may post recommending something and saying the links in your sig... I've seen others do it here and it's fine.
It means you cannot have affiliate/referral links anywhere but in your signature.![]()

Well, well, well... That's the Admin granting permission right there!
And... changing my Signature to something catchy...
Thanks!

i offer free hosting...but i also offer realistically priced hosting plans to cover my costs of offering services for free...
granted...the packages aren't huge...but they come with the full support as if you bought my fully paid hosting packages...
it's sort of just a 'test' for people to try out the services...so not all free hosting is bad...
though i wouldn't consider myself free hosting at all...i'm a paid host with a 'free special'
Can't Touch This
I shall call him squishy, and he shall be mine, and he shall be my squishy!...in my pants
you can try byethost.com, they definately give you more than what you never paid for :3071:
Try yfhost.com it provides free cpanel hosting.
there is no good free hosting
