Ok, I am viewing it in Firefox and the login form doesn't have borders around the fields, that's not good, it's confusing where to place your cursor to type, plus there's no definition to it like that, just a floating out of place "username: passord: and login button" weird.

The logo is fine but should be a lot more to the left, I am sure that's what you meant anyway. The logo should be linked back to the home page.

The top menu items might be better with bullets or underlined.

Yeah, the login form is messed up. I'm replacing it with the Live Chat link instead.

I'll see about changing the top menu.

Looks like it could use a bit more color, but otherwise pretty simple, clutter free, and very usable, i like it!
