I want some expert advice please give some valuable review at my site

my site is Domestic Flight Booking India , Enjoy Best Tour Holiday Packages

The design and template look good to me in terms of usability and aesthetics. My concern is there is some sort of bug lingering in the navigation bar that makes it harder to navigate around the web site. I like how everything turned out so far though.
