Too much of ads. Reduce them atleast the top block.

First of all you need to keep least advertisement in your site. Most of the people don't like advertisements. Than you have to make link exchange with other blogs for traffic sharing. You have to do some SEO. You can also advertise your site in social bookmarking sites. I hope all these things will a get you good amount of visitors.

It is tough to get going and it takes a while. Work hard on building back links and connecting with other blogs and such to promote your site. If you are just starting out and have not built too much traffic or links, I would suggest doing a self-hosted Word Press blog. It allows much more flexibility and people take you more serious.

I have some good suggestions on my blog in the recent blog spot if you want more advice to building up your site.

I would use a smaller adsense ad above your post considering you have got it in the header anyway. And i would even the sidebars up so one is not longer than the other.

something on your site made a gun shot noise and started saying some ad. You would want to remove that. AudioAds ruin websites.

I'll post some changes that I WOULD make to my blog. Hope it helps ...

1. Why are you keeping "My blog is worth ..." on your blog?
As far as I know, you can't sell your blogspot blog ...

2. Try to remove some ADS, you have so many... and you're site / blog is new, which means few visitors .. so few clicks or no clicks at all...

3. Why when I entered on your site, my audio speakers start to play an awful sound ? Probably an ad...

4. "My feeds" section, I would remove all those and add only one single button to AddIt or other social free widget ... OR use FeedBurner.

5. Site Statistics ... I would remove that, if someone is interested can check that directly on Alexa...

Too much ads, lessen it and have a rich content..

Nice blog. In your blog there is so many ads please reduce the ads and your content is not so much impressive so change your content also.

Blog=one article a day and keep the ads away! :-p

I'd like to add a couple of things:

# Get your own domain name. Long domain names are hard to remember.

# You're covering too many different topics ("SEO,Jobs,Internet, Movies, Real Estate,Blogger,Technology,IT,Non IT,Making Money"). All-in-one blogs are, in my opinion, hard to mantain since you can't really build a solid readerbase.

I think your "ads" was too much and I suggest you to make your blog's navigation easier to understand especially for new visitors.

You can also advertise your site in social bookmarking sites.

Couple of things that hit me (in the face) right off the bat.

1) Ads. (as already mentioned) Your blog looks like a spam site. Flashy ads with audio buried so far down the page that most people can't figure out where the noise is coming from is BAD. You want flash ads with audio, make sure they're up top and visible from the moment the page loads.

2) Name. VPPS Groups doesn't mean ANYTHING to ANYONE other than ... well, probably you. Sure doesn't scream "SEO,Jobs,Internet, Movies, Real Estate,Blogger,Technology,IT,Non IT,Making Money" to me.

3) No focus. The blog is about just about anything ... that's worse than making it about nothing at all. Seinfeld proved you could have success going on and on about nothing ... for a while anyway. It's like trying to perform brain surgery with a shotgun instead of a scalpel. Visitors could be "blown away" and never return. (I found no reason to return, even to find more things to say are wrong with it that aren't already listed here.)

Hope you find your niche ... and can turn the blog into what you want it to be.

The intrusive sound, coming from seemingly NOWHERE, it ain't cool man! Blend the header ad, then the ads won't seem so bad.
