I had this domain but I was not getting time to design a site for it, and I tried to sell this domain few times but a couple of days I thought why shouldn't I use my old smsbucket template and use it for DecentQuotes.com

So after some changes on that template here is my new site ready

This site is a collection of English Poems and English Quotations.

Few pages are still not ready but if you have any suggestion for the site please let me know.

My only concern with the site is whether or not you have permission to repost the poems on there. Unless they are public domain poems, you may be asking for trouble by reposting poems without the authors' permission.

Other than that, the site is very nice.

Yea, If I find any poem with the link to the author, I will give him the link.

Great site Jani, I had a good time reading all the quotes that you have, and its a good selection as well.

You need to style your font! I am using Firefox/Linux 1024 res and your font text looks like a newspaper. Set it to arial or tahoma or something, anything!

I absolutely agree. A lot of poems are published in books and countless other places where they are protected under copyright (and probably more), so unless you are entirely sure you can redistribute the work then I wouldn't do it. It will just cause you problems in the future.

Sometimes that will be enough, but often it won't, i'd personally just leave the poems out of the site.

Only other thing i'd suggest is about the layout:

Make a rollover state for the menu links - don't ask why it annoys me so much when people don't use them, it just does. :sroll:
Also, the green tab on the menu looks out of place (as if that is the page you are currently viewing), I know it's ment to attract people to click it and join your forum but in all honesty I think it's ruining a good layout.

I will change the "Green" tab color to match with other buttons but I cannot add a rollover effect because it has already been coded with wordpress and I am not very good in coding and I will have to ask the coder to do that

If he's going to charge you then don't bother. It's only a quick one line of CSS (well, maybe a few) that would be needed. If you make a rollover then i'll add to the CSS for you if you like, it'll only take 2secs.
