I'm looking for some feedback on my a site I've invested in heavily.

It's a Text Link Advertising Marketplace, similar to text-link-ads, but at roughly half the cost to advertisers.

I'm looking for feedback regarding design, and especially ease of use, from both an advertiser and publisher perspective. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
