Thanks, yeah I am trying to weed through all the garbage videos and supply the best and most entertaining videos. I know there are tons and tons of video sites out there.

What do you think I can do to spice up the plainness of the website. The logo I have is just a placeholder. Made it in 30 seconds just to have something up there. Maybe I should add more red within the site.

That's a good idea. I like the red and black color scheme but there is not enough red. Are you against putting a border around your header and/or placing a graphic of some sort in it? Maybe some generic images of filmstrips or a still shot of a video inside a picture of a video player would would be fitting. That would both help to emphasize the point that it's a vid site and will spice up the appearance.
