The site is not 100% ready but I can't stop myself sharing it to the world

Please visit my new website Decent Comedy ;

As you can get the idea of the site just by seeing the name, yes it is all about "comedy". Funny pictures, Funny jokes & Mobile SMS is the stuff I have on this site.

Please feel free to suggest me anything you like. I will take every suggestion seriously.

nice comedy Jokes their you should have to be get better design and optimized this site so you can get more visitors.

Nice site. I would suggest using:

to add some META tags etc. to improve your SEO score.

You have a very clean site. What you need now is traffic and something to promote or sell to bring in some little revenue from the site. Unfortunately you are not currently accepting advertising at the moment, so focus on building backlinks and content.

The site is cool, net and organized. Maybe you should consider to adding a description meta tag, and some keywords. Although meta tags is not important but helps spiders to index the web page.

Yes, I am not accepting advertising because first I want to promote my website very much. Once it gets good no. of visitors daily then I can find the advertisers easily.

Currently the site is getting 150+ visitors with 900+ pages daily

Looks nice, but be sure not to narrow the topics on your forum to areas that only interest you. The broader the topics the more involved your visitors will be.

Well, I have seen your site and it is good, clean and well organize. The background design is cool. The design logo that you use have its relevance to the content of your site. Nicely done

One thing I am worried about (even after talking to some friends I am not satisfied) that if you open this picture post

You will see that the images I am showing are in "small" sizes but on this blog

12 Amazing Leaf Carvings

They are showing images in big size.

Why I am showing images in small sizes is that

1. They should load fast
2. Users do not have to scroll the page to see all the images.

Tell me honestly, if you come to my blog do you find the images very small in size that you do not get happy and leave it?

The forum link no longer works? And there is no forums link on the actual site. Did you kill that idea already?

That brown background seams kind of out of place with the blue, but doesn't look bad. So it's probably just personal preference.

As for Small images linking to larger ones I actually like that about your site. If in fact the smaller images or smaller in file size and not just scaled down I think that's the way to go now a day. You have quite a lot of people with 'netbook' laptops nowadays and smaller sizes will help with screen space (though 1080 is a default on most netbooks already.) And smaller sizes will help with Wifi bandwidth if people are out and about. I kind of see this as a site that could be used by people on the go (not at home) so these type considerations on your part was good for thought. Keep it up :-D

Yes forum is no more online, I killed that idea.

I like that wood background that's why it is not going to change

No, that's not what I mean at all. How I ment that "on the go user" is that I could see friends just hanging at the local Starbucks or what not laughing at the stuff they find on your site.

I don't know exactly why this Starbucks idea poped into my head, but it's a good thing. I know I have a few sites that I laugh at while using other peoples wifi. That's all I was going for was to say keeping the site as wifi friendly as possible is a good thing. So small images linking to larger is better in my opinion. :-)
