The logo could do with a bit of work
The main menu link rollovers are odd (but that might just be cause I design websites for a living - I wouldn't have used a rollover like that).

Other than that it looks nice enough

The organization is awful...At first, I thought you got banned from hosting or something

^^ I agree.

It wasn't like that the last time I looked at it (when I made the post above).

Also, the "Log me in" boxes should be blue like the rest of the site. Not that sick colour. I wouldn't use that colour for the "host it" button either, pick a better colour...possibly a nice red (so it stands out from the blue)

For me, you need to put more text as pages are indexed more easily and go in Serp.

I agree with ts. at a first glance the banner is very dull.
