Hi guys, I need some help, a friend of mine gave me to promote Limo Service Italia with really a small budget.

He gave it to me because I'm running http://www.iloverome.net/ and I know how to promote my blog but not how to promote a website without touching the code and add some content.

Can someone have some ideas?

You promote it the same way you promote any other site with keyword backlinks. Also might try posting an ad on craigslist.
