My opinion is that you must change the design because it is boring (too simple) and it doesn't attracts the users.

So simple site.
no pics, no templates.

Rewrite the content of your site. It is bland and does not motivate a reader to continue past the first sentence. The information you've provided needs reorganization so that you are staying on topic and not writing scattered thoughts. Change the headings so that they represent what is in the paragraphs they introduce.

As for the design, add color and graphics. Did I mention the word bland before? It applies to the look and feel of your site in addition to the content.

The general site organization is good but you will not generate interest if the content is not captivating and the look of the site is screaming "LEAVE ME".

Well, as for information given in your site, for some it's really useful, but the design is a it plain, no colors, no images, but you are speaking about children, aren't you?:happy-f:

Not bad. uhm you can make it more colorful and playful. add more photos uhm you can use flash to make it look lovely.
