Got our new website up and running. Please review. Looking for some feedback on how to improve.

HostJunkies - Addicted to Web Hosting

Hi,

If you really want an honest review I will give one. I will say up ft that I have been burnt by hosting companies. That look good and have a nice layout. I am not saying that you would. Here are a few things that I look for.

How long in business? This would make me wonder why?

We started our hosting business in 2008 under a different name, changed the name in 2009 and finally settled here as HostJunkies.com in 2010.

Three name changes in only a few years???

Do they have contact info listed? Address, phone# something that would say they are not fly by night.

Are the testimonials just hype or real people??? only one with no real way of contact

On your ft page it says "Follow Me" showing a single person That is fine my hosts now are single people. On your contact page it say "Follow Us" meaning a team.

All this things would bring a red flag to me and I would leave your site before you were ever contacted.

I would reword some things that might make people fell like you are not fly-by-night and give them a warmer feeling.

you should include facebook and other social network sites and not just twitter.
not sure, but maybe add adsense to generate some income.

Fist of all the logo is not so good. Especially on the graphics it seems like a cheap picture. I think your design overall is great. Simple and colors are great. Just the logo in my case is a NO.

I like your website as a whole - it is rather cheerful and optimistic, it is pleasant to visit it. I think you have nothing to shange in it.
