I'm getting from 30~50 uniques per day

I made about $9 from adsense last month, I never bought any advertising for this website
I only used a sidebar ad placement, could be easily optimized to obtain more clicks easily
All content on the website is unique
%95 of the traffic is from google and google images
It is ranking for keywords such as "uae real estate"

I make my money be developing websites and selling them, I am a bit hesitant about selling this one though...
you'll probably ask why don't i make money with them myself ? because the only advertiser that actually makes you money which is adsense only allows check payment which i don't want.
