(note: I mentioned "non-turnkey", this does not mean I will not buy sites with no income)

- Not a proxy, image host, url shortener, directory or anything using a similar script.
- Not in a spam niche such a gambling, warez, illegal stuff.
- Has a clearly identifiable purpose.
- Is not created 100% to make money.
- Aim to provide users with what they want.

I think the title is pretty explanatory by itself.
