[WTB] Webmaster Communities/Sites

I'm looking to buy any webmaster related site.

A forum is preferred but not neccassary, all content must be unique, no software licenses required.

Wordpress powered blogs, followed by forums are preferred, the cheaper the better, but throw your price out along with stats.

All registered members email address will be confirmed before purchase..

No, i need some proof that the members are real and legit and not some bot or spam members.

The last forum i bought was 1200 members, 1,140 of them were spam/ some sort of bot registration so never again will i buy a forum without some sort of proof the members are real.

I think your best bet is to see if they have posted on the forum. Most forums have a member list and you can see if and what they have posted before buying. Better yet, sign up as a member and post for a couple of days and see what it is like.

As allout said, its best to check the posts. Ask for an admin account or something to look at the statistics for each individual member or something like that. I think the thing to remember is if the offer sounds to good to be true it usually is.

If its a vBulletin forum, they often have a list of members at the bottom and then the amount that are actually active too. And if you buy from a forum like DP be sure to check the members feedback and iTrader too.
