Today i'm selling my webmaster website, it's a unique website with a custom design, and a very brandable 6 letter domain - it's not a huge site but does have various resources for webmasters.
The design and domain alone cost me a fair bit. Expect very little traffic and revenue. I worked mainly on content and getting back links to get the current pagerank.
The site is valid PR2 and you can check it's validation if needed.
I'm mainly selling it as is as the site doesn't bring income at the moment as i never promoted it. So really im just wanting to cover my losses on what i put into it.
