The directory is under 200k in alexa. It has 145k and you can check it out at there website. As you will see in the pictures, the price of the links have changed a couple of times since i started the website. As of now links are free. It gets almost 4000 uv's a month

hosting will be provided for 1 week will full cpanel to get it transferred. I can not transfer it for you, but there are plenty of people here at dp who can do it for very cheap.
