To narrow it down ( hopefully not to degrade myself much in the process )

Here's what I CAN'T do (at the moment):

1. SQL
2. Programming stuff (PHP, JAVA, etc)
3. CSS


I'm LEARNING :

1. CMS
2. Forum Configuration (myBB and SMF)
3. Blogging
4. Web Designing
5. Web Content writing
6. SEO and "How to make money online"


What I'm Good at :

I'm good in finding out relevant answers/information from the web and sorting out the junks(until my nose bleeds, literally).. basically Google searching and bookmarking..

Not really that much.. but I'm moving forward..

I think that they mean that could you view someone's php page and then re-create it? Correct?
