Buy web space and a domain name and then make a nice site.. work on that site for a while to increase its ranking.. after the site has a good ranking sell it .. people offer heavy amount for sites with good traffic

Do you know how to make a website? I guess $1k is enough to put up your own site. If you know how to promote it or optimize it, that is more than enough.

I would recommend you to start on with a reseller account first, then after getting mych clients, you will buy your own servers. It's better than buying servers and then unfortunately not getting any User !

By using a reseller account, you can do more research to learn how to run a server or look into hiring people to do it for you. Surely 1K is more than enough to get you started but let me tell you that it is not as easy as 1, 2, 3...It takes time and patience.

I don't know that you need anywhere close to $1000. I started mine with next to nothing (a few dollars here and there for hosting etc.).

You need to start by writing a plan that includes some ideas of what you could do. Study other people, and then write down some of the ideas. Maybe even create a google doc and edit it over time, so that your plan becomes more defined over time.

Exactly ! When starting a business, you don't need much money, for me, i started it with NO ONE DOLLAR ! i got a friend (partner) that i convinced to trust me and let me do what i have in mind, and now we are making about 2200$ per month (without ads revenue).

It really depends on what you want to do? For an online business it is possible but for offline it is hard VERY hard with only that amount of money. Also tell us what equipment you already have to get started? :angelic:

Though budget is low but if you know to develop a website the task is easy. Otherwise, expand your social network to advertise your business.

What business do have in mind? If it's something related to the Internet (building and monetizing a site), then you don't need a huge amount to get started. However, if it's selling stuff or related to retail, then you need a business plan to determine if the investment's worth it.

I do agree with what they all said, money doesn't matter that much if you want to start an internet based business, what matters is dedication also skills, you can start with hosting sites like what they said or work as a freelance SEO, article writer, web designer and other stuffs that you have experience with..
