Smile Converting Every Visitor into Subscriber

If a person visits your website and leaves, chances are that he or she will not come back, especially if there are no compelling reasons to do so. After all, we all behave rather impulsively on the Internet, so much so that we can easily forget where we were 10 web pages ago. But the bottom line is that your visitor may not come back to your website again. If a 1,000 visitors visit your website, leave and never come back again, you can imagine the amount of potential money lost, simply because they do not come back. You could have converted a fraction of those visitors into your customers. Before your visitor leaves your website, you want to convert him or her into your subscriber via a simple opt-in to your mailing list. You do this by asking for your visitor’s name and email address through your opt-in form. And if your visitor signs up to be on your mailing list, you can still follow up with him via email. You can get your subscriber to consider your offer, or endorse another offer to him or her. You guys have a great week. Thanks.

It is almost impossible, you can't convert every visitor to subscriber. The content should be interesting and involving. You can start some promotional schemes also.

I think that very few visitors will be interested in writing down their e-mails, because they may be afraid of spam. I think that e-mails should be used only for congratulations with birthday, but not for commercial offers because it is too obtrusive.

I agree it is impossible to convert every visitor into a subscriber, one of my sites has a forum on it and ever since I set it up, people have been signing up to become a member of the forum, but not one of them has actually used the forum.

Even though yes they submitted their name and email in order to become members, solely relying on that alone does not work.

Also, my intentions are not to begin or ever begin to start using this member sign up lists for sending out emails to them. I do not like getting emails from places after I sign up, so I am not going to send them obtrusive emails just because I have access to their email addresses.

All that you should do with your site visitors email addresses is email them to confirm their desire to become a member or simply to verify their email address as a valid one.

After that forget that you even know their email addresses. Email marketing is so old and outdated by now. By you sending them unwanted emails you will lose their interest even more and may actually request to be removed as a member or user of your service.

    Hi,

There are people that use Email marketing still today and do quit well at it.

The key is to offer something more then what you have on your site.

    Example:

Join today and get this Free e-Book with 29 pages of valuable information.

Members only can See the Video log.

    And so on.

    Hope that helps.

That makes sense sami, give them an incentive. Sadly, however I don't have anything good enough to offer them.

Now you got me thinking about it. lol

    Hi,

That is Not true. You have a lot of good content, with big words I cant pronounce

Thought you could offer a weekly email of current medical discoveries. Sell links to sites after your subscribers list grows in the weekly email. But still give them something for joining.
