Any reliable freelance/outsourcing site?

I would like to asked if you know or any idea of a freelance/outsourcing site which pay through paypal and is looking for different job services from forum posting, article writing, link building etc.

I can say that reliable freelance website will never ask you to pay first, but will simply subtract the required sum from your first cash. Those who ask to pay to 90% are just swindlers.

Have you heard of guru.com?? They have awesome job listings for just about any type of freelance work from writing to art. However, there is a membership fee 3 times per year. The client pays you through an escrow account and everything is based on a ratings system. You can check a clients track record to see if they are a reliable employer.

There are actually a lot but the problem is which one is the best. So which is best? It actually depends on the type of work that you are doing. For hourly work, oDesk is possibly the best option. For one off project based work vWorker, Guru and freelancer.com are great options as they have a process where you upload funds into escrow (giving the provider and reassurance). Disputes over completed work are usually handled swiftly – although it’s important to have a clear job description.

You can sign up for Elance or guru.com to find work. Sites like Demand Media, Wisegeek and Love to Know also pay for articles. Good luck.

I heard oDesk and elance are good sites. Try it out.

freelancer.com - I rely on that website and the projects are good. It works with paypal as well

I am personally using oDesk. Its reliable but sometimes its quite difficult to find projects on oDesk.

There are definitely swindlers everywhere. I've used freelancer.com, and that's what I would recommend out of all of them, which isn't saying much. The best way to go is to ask people that you trust; word of mouth provides very good referrals!

Seo Forums are best place to find link building work.

I don't recommend freelancing site since there is too much competition on these sites.

Most people are willing to work for peanuts which is unable to grasp.
