Develop good customer relationships. Don't worry about profits in the beginning. Instead focus on developing a customer base.

Yeah! Communication is the key to success! mostly build ENGLISH as a working tool to integrate your business strategy and goals

Try taking the time to fully research, learn, understand, & even USE the product / service you intend to try & sell. Without Product knowledge, passion, dedication, & a good work ethic you'll never succeed. I see way to many people trying to sell products & services that they would never use them self. It's safe to say that if you won't use it, nobody you try to sell it to will either, especially since you'll lack the hands on product / service knowledge to present genuine passion when pitching a potential customer.

In short, if you don't fully believe & have faith in the product / service you want to sell, as well as use it yourself, it's probably a bad choice for a business start-up for you.

Have you seen some of the people that try to sell that stuff.

You need also to watch who is going to be your shipper. I am not a huge fan of a lot of dropping companies.

No such thing as guaranteed success but doing research and picking a ripe industry is a good start.

Do the tips mentioned above. Just be passionate and don't you ever stop!

If you mean what should you do after starting website for promoting it, i should say that article submission,social bookmarking,press releasing and directory submission are the best ways for promoting websites.

I think running an online business is not an easy task .So you will need to learn few skills such as professionalism, online techniques for marketing and keyword Research.

The initial task is very hard, i would recommend to you just active on related forums.
Try to make legitimate customer, don't think about profit.
Just adhere to services and emphasize to provide quality services.

Information gathering is very important. It would serve as you foundation.

Customer is foundation for all the business whatever is it general or e business. To be a successful business person try to make a good and profitable relationship with customer and select your actual and potential customer. For e business i think Google adsense is best place where you can promote your business well.

For the first i would suggest you to go for outsourcing sites, where you can earn according to your skills and will make good earning at the end of the month in the meanwhile explore what you want to do and what's available here. Surely it will help you.
