Pinecone Research has limited open registration for paid surveys. I did this a couple years ago with them.. They pay $3 to $10 per survey via PayPal/Mail and you usually average a couple surveys a week with them. But enrollment is always very limted so hurry! Good source for regular money! (US only)

Yeah, link doesn't seem to work and I can't find a signup link on their site.

There is a section in FAQ that they do not accept new unsolicited members...

Go to www.volition.com.. on the main page, there has been a left sidebar banner for this. You may have to refresh a few times for the banner to appear, then click on it and register!
