Apparently a hacker going by the name Trainreq has hacked teen singer/actress Miley Cyrus (of Hannah Montana fame) and stolen some photos meant for Jonas Brothers' Nick Jonas eyes only.. a set of 15 previously unknown semi-nude photos of the underage Miley. Disney lawyers are reportedly scrambling to block distribution of the photos online. Hacker Trainreq has supposedly been shopping the photos around looking for a buyer.

Meanwhile, poppa Billy Ray probably isn't pleased!
